Boundary Workshops

Healthy boundaries are essential for our relationships to thrive.  Without boundaries, we can find ourselves overwhelmed and exhausted as we constantly prioritize other people’s needs above our own.  This workshop will focus on developing self-compassion so that we can have a greater awareness of how to ask for what we need, and how to say “no” when we need to.  Activities will include discussion, body awareness and experiential exercises which will help participants attune to their instinct about where their boundaries are, creating a sense of personal empowerment for themselves.
